Now Searching For

Bryony Lancaster

As well as being a devoted mother to her two children, Bryony Lancaster is the co-founder and co-director of Egg Of The Universe yoga studios and wholefoods cafes in Sydney along with her husband, Harry Lancaster. Bryony has been teaching yoga for 20 years and remains inspired to guide her family, yoga studio and life from the inside out, allowing all that she creates to be an extension of her personal practice. Bryony has trained and studied with many amazing teachers around the world who have led her to a deeper understanding of bringing yoga to life and is currently studying in a one-on-one mentorship program with Sarah Powers, which includes an in-depth understanding and practice of self inquiry, Buddhism and meditation as a method for unfolding into freedom. She brings this wisdom into her teachings and continues to be inspired by the transformational capacity of yoga when the process moves inward; not only to unveil a stronger and more supple body and unbinding of the breath, but also to reveal a more accepting and relaxed way of being. She aims to share her passion and insights through workshops, retreats, group and one-on-one vinyasa flow, yin yoga and meditation classes. W: eggoftheuniverse.com
