Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken wings
  • 3pcs star anise
  • 3pcs fragrant leaves
  • 5g cinnamon
  • 3pcs dried chilli
  • 10g dried galangal
  • 10g ginger
  • 20g shallot
  • 500g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Premium Deluxe
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • 50g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Kuangtung Mijiu
  • 435g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Brown Sugar in Pieces
  • 10g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Golden Label
  • Chicken Powder
  • 900mL water

Method


  • Boil the chicken wings for 10 mins.
  • Fry the other ingredients, add the seasoning and boil for 10 mins with low heat.
  • Add the chicken wings into the sauce and braise for 20 mins, turn off and then leave the chicken wings to soak for 30 mins
  • Serve
