Activities such as meditation, walking and journalling act as natural contemplative practices that help us to process difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions. And by working through the things that challenge us, the clouds will inevitably pass and allow us to regain our composure — a way of being that is calm, tranquil and serene. ✨
