Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries

Ingredients

  • 200g minced pork
  • 150g sticky rice
  • 450mL water
  • 10g garlic, chopped
  • 10g ginger, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Golden Label
  • Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Top Grade Oyster
  • Flavoured Sauce
  • 1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Seasoning Wine
  • 10g cornstarch
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Method


  • Soak the sticky rice in 450mL of water for 4 hours.
  • Mix minced pork with all other ingredients and seasoning except for the sticky rice.
  • Squeeze the meat into 3cm balls.
  • Apply the sticky rice on the surface of the meat balls evenly. Place in a flat container.
  • Steam the meat balls for 20 mins.
  • Serve.
