Reason for reporting: Person is creating multiple DRs for each of their uploaded files (uploaded almost three months ago, because they want to revoke the license of CC4.0). They are also recreating DRs for files that were closed with the exact same reason. Someone needs to warn/block them. I am the original author of these files. I did not intend to cause trouble or spam the deletion requests.

I only want my works to be removed from Commons because I believe I made a mistake with the license.

I understand that the Creative Commons license already granted cannot be revoked for those who downloaded and used the files,

but I would kindly ask administrators to respect my wish as the author to no longer have my photos distributed on Commons.

Я бы ещё добавил что обе скульптуры, и Пушкина, и Тукая, являются частью здания театра и его архитектуры, так как сделаны специально для здания, выполнены в идентичной манере и стоят на одном фундаменте. "Vandalism" refers to actions taken with the deliberate intention of harming the site rather than improving it, or with reckless disregard for such damage and with no positive intent.- what was your intent in repeatedly saying a sculpture is just a bunch of folds just because you can't see its face; where was the regard for the site in trying to claim that? По моему мнению, вред проекту заключается в отсутствии фотографий, которыми иллюстрируются статьи. Мы тут рассматриваем вопрос фотографирования скульптуры, задрапированной чёрным полиэтиленовым пакетом, где из всей скульптуры видны только складки пальто, в котором нет ничего художественного, верно? Или же вы считаете что отдельные части скульптуры обладают такими же художественными свойствами как целая скульптура? Я так не считаю, о чём и написал. А вы в ответ обвинили меня во лжи. Come on, calm down.

While DoctorWhoFan91 indeed chose not the best place (ANU would would have been better, as Commons' understanding of VAND is, when you're encountering people that only do harm, not the case here), Engelberthumperdink is IMHO too lenient in his views about Russian copyrights, acting against COM:TOO Russia in the actual case and against COM:CARES in this surrounding discussion. As for why the argument of "black plastic bag" can't prevail: even parts of an artistic expression in a sculpture are still an expression of human creative work and as such subject to a copyright.

Note that Engelberthumperdink has been blocked multiple times for uploading unfree files, and the "meaningless conversations" they speak of usually involve them propogating the same kind of logic as this "black plastic bag" logic. Мне кажется, что тут вы неправы. Для некоторых статей Википедии нельзя загрузить фотографию. Но можно, например, сделать рисунок, примерно описывающий объект статьи, интерпретацию художника. Например, статьи о фильмах: мало для каких фильмов есть фотографии под свободной лицензией. Поэтому многие прибегают вот к таким грязным обходным путям, как en:File:Sitaare_Zameen_Par_poster.jpg — имхо, надо бы попросить знакомых художников сделать рисунок на тему статьи. Или статьи о каких-то событиях. То же самое о свободе панорамы — ну вот нет её в некоторых странах, и всё тут.
